Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Elevra Research collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when visitors browse our website, create customer accounts, submit inquiries, subscribe to communications, place orders, or otherwise interact with our online services.

Our privacy practices are designed to comply with applicable privacy, data-protection, consumer-protection, and electronic communications laws that may govern a particular visitor, transaction, or business activity.

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Privacy Policy and understand the practices described below.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Elevra Research, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Identity and contact information: Your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, company or laboratory name, and information submitted through forms or customer-support requests.
• Account information: Login credentials, customer-profile information, preferences, account status, saved addresses, and account activity.
• Order and transaction information: Product selections, order history, transaction status, shipping method, tracking information, coupon usage, refunds, and related order records.
• Researcher information: Information provided to confirm researcher status, institutional affiliation, intended research context, eligibility, age, or acceptance of research-use restrictions.
• Communications: Messages, support requests, form submissions, reviews, feedback, and other correspondence sent to Elevra Research.
• Technical information: IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, referral source, approximate location, session information, and website activity.
• Cookie and analytics information: Information collected through cookies, analytics tools, tracking technologies, security tools, and similar technologies.

Research Access and Checkout Records

When you complete the Research Catalog Access form, we collect your name, organization, work email, researcher type and confirmations, together with the date and time, IP address and browser information. When you place an order, we also record the organization, researcher type and research-use acknowledgment you provide at checkout. A secure access token is stored in your browser for 30 days so you are not asked to complete the form on every visit. We use these records to administer catalog access, review orders, prevent fraud, respond to payment disputes and meet legal obligations, and we keep them with the related order records.

When personal information is processed in another jurisdiction, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement authorities, regulators, or government agencies where legally permitted.

We may need to verify your identity before responding to an access, correction, or deletion request. Certain information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, contractual, or regulatory purposes.
