Elevra Research currently accepts and ships eligible orders within the United States only. International shipping is not currently offered.

FedEx 2-Day Shipping

Eligible orders are intended to ship using FedEx 2-Day service. The anticipated shipping charge is approximately $10–$15 per order, with the applicable charge shown during checkout before payment is completed.

The estimated two-business-day carrier period begins after order processing, dispatch, and the carrier’s first physical scan. Processing time, weekends, federal holidays, payment review, carrier delays, severe weather, regional disruptions, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Elevra Research is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, address-correction charges, or delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information supplied by the customer.

Tracking and Non-Delivery

Tracking information is generally supplied after an order is dispatched and scanned by FedEx. Confirmed non-delivery, damaged products, incomplete orders, or incorrect products are handled in accordance with the Shipping Policy and Refunds & Returns Policy published on this website.

Returns and Refunds

Because shipped laboratory research materials cannot be restocked after dispatch and their handling conditions can no longer be verified, shipped products are generally not eligible for return.
